While I’ve no doubt brewed many a beer recipe found from some of the greatest corners of the brewing network online, I’d like to dedicate the first to Bertus Brewery. I’ve brewed a number of their recipes but the Honey Red ‘Blonde’ is the first of 2018 and the first semi-documented here.
