MoreBeer.com’s Dark Hill Porter is still going, albeit, running incredibly low. I didn’t mess with this 10 gallon batch and brewed as is. Dark, delicious, and the more it rested, the more the notes of chocolate came foreward. Will miss it when it’s gone, but know that it’s an easy one to get my hands on and make again!

We just reached the bottom of a really well done Alaskan Amber ale courtesy of MoreBeer.com. As it aged out, the flavors really came out and presented themselves. This one will be brewed again, but most likely tweaked as well. An extra pound of sugar was added to this one to give it a little more kick.
On or about January 28th, 2018, there was only a single beer on tap.
Dubbed ‘Competition‘, the served beer is a Red IPA with a recipe sourced from multiple searches on HomeBrewTalk.com. Here’s the recipe I used. Competition
